Bob Gehrke is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (BFA 1973) and the University of Cincinnati (MFA 1975). His paintings and sculptures explore the relationships of form and nature, often combining simple geometric shapes with landscape elements. His work has been displayed in numerous regional and national exhibitions. His commissions include work for Acuity Insurance, the Minnesota State Academy for the Blind, Central Oregon Community College, the University of Wisconsin-Stout and the University of Montana at Missoula.
